The latest Italian Prime Minister’s decree of Sunday 22 March 2020 orders the closure of all non-essential business activities, but guarantees only essential goods and services.

Our activity is present amongst the essential categories, and despite many difficulties caused by the covid19 emergency, we are trying our best to maintain our operations active.

This is to inform you that in line with the above-mentioned Decree we will continue to deliver only essential categories, to companies, hospitals, pharmacies and private individuals. Therefore you are kindly requested to entrust us only the categories present in the Decree, this will help us in protecting health & security of our employees, suppliers and customers.

We would like also to re-confirm that, in order to limit the risk of the covid19 infection and maintain proper distances, our shipments are delivered without signature on delivery request.

Due to the global covid19 emergency, several European governments have taken measures to contain the spread of the infection – in AUSTRIA, SPAIN, FRANCE, SLOVENIA, LITHUANIA, SWITZERLAND, GERMANY, POLAND,
local authorities announced closures of non-essential activities. Our delivery service for private individuals in the above-mentioned countries remains active.

In line with the new Comission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/402 of 14 March 2020, making the exportation of certain products, described in Annex 1, subject to the production of an export authorisation. In the absence of this authorisation, it is not possible to proceed with the custom clearance of goods.
